Suzanne Holt, LCSW is a Florida Licensed Clinical Social Worker through the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage, and Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling, providing counseling and therapy in the Winter Park/ Orlando area. With over 10 years experience in mental health, she has dedicated herself to empowering others to live a life worth living. Among her abilities as a therapist, she is able to create a safe and trusting environment in which to work towards one's personal goals. She combines empathy and understanding and both professional and personal experiences to promote emotional healing.

Suzanne's pursuit is to help those with serious mental illness and Borderline Personality Disorder; Suzanne received certificates for the study of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy; and Advanced DBT: Taking Your Skills to the Next Level; and Anger, Love, and Forgiveness: Powerful Appraoches for Resolving Deep Emotional Issues. She participates in ongoing Continuing Education to broaden resources and provide the most up-to-date and effective therapy available.

Carolyn Smith, Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, has a Master's of Science in Clinical Psychology from Troy University. She enjoys facilitating individual and group therapy. Carolyn is a member of the American Psychological Association, American Counseling Association, and the Florida Mental Health Counselors Association and also has training in domestic violence. Carloyn has attended several workshops and has continued her education through classes because of her passion for therapy. She loves to learn all that she can in order to use that knowledge to be a better counselor. However, she also believes that more important than any technique is that the client feels safe enough in therapy to be vulnerable. When clients come to therapy they trust her with their deepest selves. She tries her best to honor that trust.
